  • Sustainably sourced
  • Dark roast coffee blended with real coconut

Real coconut + a hint of sweetness: Start your morning on island time. This sunny and lightly sweet blend of nutty dark roast coffee and real toasty coconut (seriously, take a look inside), is a fresh take on a Vietnamese tradition.

100% Vietnamese Origin Coffee: The base of this blend is our robusta coffee, which has nutty and chocolate notes with a smooth finish.

Sustainably Sourced: We pay our Vietnamese farmers 2x market rate and partner with them to drastically reduce their environmental impact.

Brew Your Way: Our universal grind works with whatever home coffee maker you're loyal to - drip, french press, cold brew, pour over, and more.

Hot Tips: For brewing, we recommend using more coffee than your typical brew per cup to capture that beautiful coconut flavor:

  • Pour Over: Use 1 tbsp of coffee per 4oz. of water.
  • Coffee Maker: Use 1.5 tbsp of coffee per 5oz. water.

FAQs

It sure is! We don’t use any mysterious flavorings, essences, or artificial ingredients. Instead, real herbs and spices are ground right in with the coffee for a naturally delicious flavor not found anywhere else. Our Toasted Coconut Ground Coffee contains only toasted coconut flakes.

We take pride in our ever growing sustainability efforts. We have an active relationship with not only our coffee farmers in Vietnam, but with every step of our supply chain. Our farmers are paid above-market rates for their coffee to ensure a higher quality of life and our beans are sourced only from sustainable farms in the scenic town of Dalat. We are actively looking to increase our use of non-GMO and organic ingredients as well.

An 8 oz cup of Copper Cow Coffee has approximately 238-272 mg of caffeine (amount varies by flavor). That’s about 2-3x as much as a typical cup that you’d find at your local coffee shop or chain.

Absolutely. Our universal grind size makes for a strong and robust cold brew. Simply steep your desired amount of grounds for at least 12 hours.

For iced coffee, brew a hot cup with a smaller amount of coffee that you would usually drink, and then add ice over top.

What We Love

No Passport Required

In Vietnam, Cà Phê Dừa — coconut coffee — is a popular drink made by pouring strong coffee over a sweet, creamy coconut slushy. This new blend pays homage to the traditional brew, but it's just as delicious hot or iced, with cream or on its own!

    Sublime

Adding shredded coconut to coffee grounds. So genius, so delicious. Reminds me of coffee that i had on my recent trip to Bali. So glad I bought 2 bags.

Great alternative to my go-to Churro

Full disclosure- Churro is my fave. But this is second. I also love lavender but it does't home in a large bag. I love the basic simple fresh ingredients with nothing artificial.

    Less flavorful than expected

We were really excited to try this blend, but were disappointed that the coconutty aroma didn't really carry through into the flavor. Won't likely get this one again, but glad we tried it.
