Our journey to organic started with a simple question: how can we make coffee that’s good for people and the planet? Over the past seven years, we’ve worked side by side with smallholder farmers in Vietnam’s Central Highlands to rebuild soil health, move away from synthetic pesticides, and protect the land for future generations. Guided by founder Debbie Wei Mullin’s passion for sustainable development, our community came together to make organic coffee possible for the first time in Vietnam. Today, those efforts have paid off, and our farms are now USDA Certified Organic, producing coffee that’s bold, smooth, and truly sustainable from crop to cup. The result is thriving farms, healthier farmers, and coffee that’s just as good as the impact it makes.

Every cup of Copper Cow Coffee starts with 100% Vietnamese robusta beans grown in Vietnam’s Central Highlands, known for their bold flavor, smooth body, and naturally higher caffeine.

We partner directly with farmers, pay above-market rates, and support sustainable, low-impact farming practices. So every sip tastes good and does good.

Copper Cow Coffee hits differently… literally. Each serving contains about 238–272 mg of caffeine, roughly 2x stronger than a standard coffee shop brew. Our dark roast delivers low acidity (gentler on your stomach) with rich chocolate and nutty notes.

And when it comes to flavor, we’re the first coffee brand to use real herbs and spices (not artificial flavoring) to craft blends like Churro, Vanilla, and Salted Caramel.

No fancy machines required.

Each pour-over pack comes with a built-in filter, just hook, pour, and enjoy using your favorite mug and hot water.

For ground coffee, we use a universal grind size that works beautifully with most brew methods.

If you love whole beans, just grab your grinder, it’s the only extra gear you’ll need.

    Amazing coffee!!

    After getting back home from a recent trip to Vietnam we hoped we could find a source in the US for the unique bean flavor profile that’s used in the coffee drinks over there. The beans we ordered from Copper Cow exceeded all our expectations and we’ve used them for a variety of coffee drinks. We plan to be customers as long as this coffee is available!!

    A regular in my rotation
