Vanilla: Zero fake here. We scrape actual whole vanilla beans in to your coffee to infuse while brews. Try your first real vanilla latte.

Rip n' Drips: Brew premium Vietnamese coffee in 90 seconds with our pre-filled, single-serve Rip n' Drip filters. Just rip, drip, and sip—easy as 1, 2, 3. Boom. Coffee's served.

100% Vietnamese Origin Coffee: We dark roast the naturally bold and climate-resilient robusta bean. It’s rich, chocolatey, with nutty undertones and a smooth finish.

Sustainably Sourced: We pay our farmers 2X the market rate and work alongside them to transition to organic practices. Growing coffee without pesticides is tough, but we’re here for it.

Vanilla Pour Over Coffee Nutrition Facts

  • Ingredients: Vietnamese coffee, ground vanilla beans

FAQs

Step 1: Tear open the bag of coffee grounds.

Step 2: Hang the wings of the bag on each side of your cup like a little coffee hammock.

Step 3: Wet the coffee grounds with a small amount of water (about 1 ounce) and wait ~30 seconds. We recommend using hot water that is 195-205 degrees Fahrenheit - just below a boil.

Step 4: Pour enough water over the coffee grounds to submerge the coffee grounds. We want them nice and cozy.

Step 5: Take a short break and allow your coffee to filter through. Take a deep breath and enjoy the aroma of your fresh brew.

Step 6: Repeat “Step 4” and “Step 5” 2-5 more times until you reach your desired quantity and strength.

Step 7: Voila! You're all set to enjoy your delicious coffee—straight up, or with as much creamer as your heart desires.

You bet it is. No fake stuff here—just actual herbs and spices blended into robusta coffee. We’re all about that naturally delicious flavor, with no additives or synthetic shortcuts. You can taste the difference. Our Vanilla Coffee? Just pure, real vanilla beans, full stop. It’s a subtle flavor experience that lets the coffee shine through, without taking over.

When it comes to sustainability, we're on it.
Robusta coffee is naturally climate-resilient, and we’re working with the first Vietnamese farmers transitioning to organic practices. Our farmers are paid 2X the market rate to ensure a better quality of life. We source only from sustainable farms in the beautiful town of Dalat, and we’re always pushing forward—looking to increase our use of non-GMO and organic ingredients.

An 8 oz cup of Copper Cow Coffee packs about 238–272 mg of caffeine, depending on the flavor. That’s roughly 2–3 times the caffeine you’d get from a typical cup at your go-to café or chain—so you can count on an extra boost when you need it.

What We Love

    Take all of my money!

I saw the vanilla latte kit on Thrive Market and first tried Copper Cow from there. I loved the "invention" of this, but most importantly, the flavor and robustness of the coffee is fantastic! I was hooked. I went through the first box within the week. So naturally I came straight to Copper Cow Coffee to order more and ordered all the different flavors. I also have effectively "retired" my Nespresso coffee maker in replace of these.

I had a user error the first time and dropped the coffee grounds into my coffee. But other than that, this is really easy to use. It's so stable when it rests on your cup. No issue with it buckling or tipping over when you pour water in. As long as you're careful with removing it. Again, just user error. I discovered you can flip the handles up and lift it out of your cup easily.

In terms of website or label review, the only issue on my part again, is I didn't read the website description properly and just got the coffee only, and not the creamer latte kit. I didn't realize there was 2 different products. I didn't even realize until I opened the box and wondered where the creamer was. But it tastes great without the creamer too, I just also love the creamer. But now I am back and shopping the latte kits and the individual creamers. So, my fault is Copper Cow's gain that I am enthusiastically excited to support. :) I am also excited to support a company with a great story, that shares their culture, has great design, and great ethos! I highly…

    Great taste and full flavor

Absolutely great tasting coffee that has just enough taste of vanilla but still has full flavor. My new favorite.

    Great Brew!

Wonderful flavor, I use them as a cold brew. I put 16 pouches in a pitcher overnight in water, which makes it more of a concentrate. Then I pour over ice along with half a glass of water, and it's amazing and snooth.
