3 Fun Ways to Brew Ground Coffee
Is your typical black coffee or splash of creamer getting old? Here are three fun ways to make our Ground Coffee that are so delicious, you just might find yourself looking forward to the morning.
Chocolate Churro Cold Foam Coffee
Ingredients
- Copper Cow Churro Ground Coffee
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Sweetener of choice (to taste)
- Ice
- Optional: hot fudge or Mocha Creamer for drizzling inside glass
Instructions
Brew coffee using any method you prefer (French press, drip coffee, pour over, your call!). Let cool slightly while you make your hot cocoa cold foam.
To make the foam, add your milk, cocoa powder, and sweetener to a glass. Use an electric frother to whip until creamy and fluffy.
Grab a fresh glass, and drizzle the inside of the cup with hot fudge or your Mocha Creamer if you're feeling fancy! Add ice, then pour in coffee, and top with your cold foam. Sip and enjoy!
DIY Irish Coffee
Ingredients
Makes 2 servings, but feel free to brew extra if you're serving a crowd!
- 2 cups Copper Cow Coffee (we recommend Classic Black or Salted Caramel)
- 1 Copper Cow Classic Creamer
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz Irish Whiskey
- Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings, to garnish
Instructions
Pour heavy cream and Creamer packet into a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, electric whisk, or stand mixer, whisk until soft peaks form. You want a pillowy texture -- not liquid but not quite as thick as whipped cream.
Brew your coffee using preferred method. Once brewed, add 1 cup to each of your mugs.
Add 2 oz Irish Whiskey to each coffee. Evenly divide remaining creamer among the 2 mugs. Stir to combine.
Top each coffee with the whipped, creamy foam. Garnish with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings and enjoy!
Vanilla French Press Iced Coffee
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp Copper Cow Coffee (we recommend Vanilla or Churro)
- 16 oz hot water (just below a boil)
- Ice
- Creamer of choice
Instructions
Add your Ground Coffee to a French press. Pour hot water over grounds and allow it to steep for 10-15 minutes. Plunge the coffee and pour into a glass.
Add ice and your favorite creamer and enjoy!
