FAQs
Step 1: Tear open the bag of coffee grounds.
Step 2: Hang the wings of the bag on each side of your cup.
Step 3: Wet the coffee grounds with a small amount of water (about 1 ounce) and wait ~30 seconds. We recommend using hot water that is 195-205 degrees Fahrenheit - just below a boil.
Step 4: Pour enough water over the coffee grounds to submerge the coffee grounds.
Step 5: Take a short break and allow your coffee to filter through. Take a deep breath and enjoy the aroma of your fresh brew.
Step 6: Repeat “Step 4” and “Step 5” 2-5 more times until you reach your desired quantity and strength.
Step 7: Voila! You’re ready to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee as-is, or add as much creamer as you please.
It sure is! We don’t use any mysterious flavorings, essences, or artificial ingredients. Instead, real herbs and spices are ground right in with the coffee for a naturally delicious flavor not found anywhere else. Our Lavender Coffee contains only real ground lavender and nothing else.
We take pride in our ever growing sustainability efforts. We have an active relationship with not only our coffee farmers in Vietnam, but with every step of our supply chain. Our farmers are paid above-market rates for their coffee to ensure a higher quality of life and our beans are sourced only from sustainable farms in the scenic town of Dalat. We are actively looking to increase our use of non-GMO and organic ingredients as well.
An 8 oz cup of Copper Cow Coffee has approximately 238-272 mg of caffeine (amount varies by flavor). That’s about 2-3x as much as a typical cup that you’d find at your local coffee shop or chain.

Just repurchased this for the third time because it’s so good. It’s got a light floral taste that isn’t over powering and makes feel like I get the best of both worlds as a coffee and tea drinker.

I love the lavender pour over coffee. It’s so easy to use and makes the perfect cup of coffee every time. The lavender flavor is subtle enough that it doesn’t overpower but strong enough to tell it’s there. I have recommended it to several friends as well.

I was skeptical, but surprised to find this a very relaxing coffee. The lavender is subtle and the coffee full bodied and flavourful.
Draw backs, only available in pour over, and only by mail. Shipping is pricey as is the coffee. Wish I could find it in stores. Ah well, back to Starbucks.
