FAQs
Step 1: Tear open the bag of coffee grounds.
Step 2: Hang the wings of the bag on each side of your cup.
Step 3: Wet the coffee grounds with a small amount of water (about 1 ounce) and wait ~30 seconds. We recommend using hot water that is 195-205 degrees Fahrenheit - just below a boil.
Step 4: Pour enough water over the coffee grounds to submerge the coffee grounds.
Step 5: Take a short break and allow your coffee to filter through. Take a deep breath and enjoy the aroma of your fresh brew.
Step 6: Repeat “Step 4” and “Step 5” 2-5 more times until you reach your desired quantity and strength.
Step 7: Voila! You’re ready to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee as-is, or add as much creamer as you please.
It sure is! We don’t use any mysterious flavorings, essences, or artificial ingredients. Instead, real herbs and spices are ground right in with the coffee for a naturally delicious flavor not found anywhere else. Our Churro Coffee contains only real ground cinnamon and nothing else.
We take pride in our ever growing sustainability efforts. We have an active relationship with not only our coffee farmers in Vietnam, but with every step of our supply chain. Our farmers are paid above-market rates for their coffee to ensure a higher quality of life and our beans are sourced only from sustainable farms in the scenic town of Dalat. We are actively looking to increase our use of non-GMO and organic ingredients as well.
An 8 oz cup of Copper Cow Coffee has approximately 238-272 mg of caffeine (amount varies by flavor). That’s about 2-3x as much as a typical cup that you’d find at your local coffee shop or chain.

My first taste of Copper Cow Coffee was as a gift and I fell in love...found the site and ordered a few boxes. My husband enjoys the coffee vietnamese style (3-4 oz) I like it traditional 6-8 oz with creamer. The coffee smells amazing! Taste so good and is so smooth. I look forward to my cup of coffee in the morning

Great concept, however, the actual disposable pour over device is a bit too small in terms of volume, requiring multiple pores even for a very small cup, and therefore multiple strains through existing ground beans and a much weaker coffee than that would be expected from a pour over. Suggest enlarging the disposable pour over device, to allow larger volume of water, therefore requiring fewer times straining through existing grounds for a much boulder taste, in order to achieve just one cup of coffee. Also suggest adding slightly more coffee grounds to the package, and eliminating excess air inside package, to preserve freshness better. Great concept, but result is weak strength, even for a very small volume of coffee, achieved, boldness of flavor expected with a pour over falls short of expectations. Slight modification in design-volume increased for pour over device, slightly finer ground, and slightly more coffee to each packet would do wonders to improve the quality and achieve of one cup volume of coffee
