Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl Recipe
We love a multitasking coffee, and this Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl is the perfect way to get your caffeine and your breakfast all in one! With all the sweet and spicy flavors, you'll be blending this one up all autumn long.
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl Ingredients
- 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 6 frozen cubes of Copper Cow Pumpkin Spice Coffee
- 1 Classic Latte Creamer stick
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 frozen bananas, quartered
- 3-4 oz heavy cream, or milk alternative of your choice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
Add pumpkin, Creamer packet, and yogurt to blender and blend until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender with the pumpkin mixture and continue to blend until smooth.
Add to a bowl and top with pumpkin seeds, granola, chocolate chips, or any of your favorite toppings! Enjoy!
