Pumpkin Spice Season seems to be getting earlier every year - and we can't say we're mad about it! When the summer weather is still going strong but you're ready for your PSL fix, this dreamy Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is the perfect way to ease into fall.
Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Ingredients
Make Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew by adding 2 unopened Copper Cow Pumpkin Spice Coffee filters into a mason jar or large glass. Add 16 oz of water, cover, and allow to steep in the refrigerator overnight or for about 8 hours.
Once cold brew is ready, make your pumpkin cold foam by adding the creamer packet, heavy cream, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice to a mixing bowl or glass. Use an electric whisk or frother to whip until the mixture becomes thick and foamy.
*Tip: If you don't have an electric whisk or frother, put all your pumpkin cream ingredients in the blender and whip until desired consistency is achieved (about 10 seconds).
