A majority of coffee beans are processed by a specific washing method that removes the outer layer of the cherry before the coffee bean is dried. However, Natural Processing leaves the outer layer of the cherry on before drying.

This allows the whole fruit of the coffee to impact the drying process - leading to a really fruity and incredibly smooth taste!

An 8 oz cup of Copper Cow Coffee has approximately 238-272 mg of caffeine (amount varies by flavor). That’s about 2-3x as much as a typical cup that you’d find at your local coffee shop or chain.

It sure is! We also don’t use any mysterious flavorings, essences, or artificial ingredients.

We take pride in our ever growing sustainability efforts. We have an active relationship with not only our coffee farmers in Vietnam, but with every step of our supply chain. Our farmers are paid above-market rates for their coffee to ensure a higher quality of life and our beans are sourced only from sustainable farms in the scenic town of Dalat. We are actively looking to increase our use of non-GMO and organic ingredients as well.

If you love our Classic coffee, this brew has all that smooth, rich flavor, with the nutty and fruity notes dialed up.
