We love an iced coffee on a hot day, but sometimes you need to mix things up! This Thai Tea Slushie courtesy of our friend @thirstycafe is a sweet and refreshing twist on a traditional Thai Tea.
Tea Drops’ Thai tea is a traditional blend of strong green tea, vanilla bean, cardamom, and anise. Paired with our Classic sweetened-condensed milk creamer, coconut milk, and ice, it's the ultimate spring or summer treat!
Thai Tea Slushie Ingredients
- 1 Copper Cow x Tea Drops Thai Tea Latte
- 1 cup ice
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- Optional: 1 tbsp sugar
Brew your Thai Tea according to package instructions. (Some sediment at the bottom of your cup is expected and drinkable.) Stir in the included Copper Cow Classic Creamer.
In a blender, combine the ice, coconut milk, coconut cream, and sugar. Blend until smooth, adding more coconut milk or ice if needed to reach a slushie texture.
Add slushie to a large glass, then slowly pour the brewed Thai Tea over the slushie. Enjoy!
