Pour over is the process of pouring hot water over ground coffee through a filter. Pour over coffee (unlike some other methods) continuously replenishes the liquid surrounding the grounds with new, fresh water. This promotes a faster, more efficient brew.
We recommend adding 6-8 oz of water to make an “American” sized cup of coffee, including the initial 1 oz to wet your grounds. A good way to eyeball it is to fill the filter up to the top with water 4-6 times!
For a more traditional Vietnamese Coffee: Just add 4 ounces of water (still adding one ounce to wet, then 3 more ounces after the coffee has “bloomed” 30 seconds) to get a small, strong cup of coffee like you’d find on the streets of Vietnam.
Cold Brew: Our whole bean coffee makes an incredible cold brew. Just steep 1/3 cup of coarsely ground coffee into 1.5-2 cups of water, depending on the desired strength. Let steep for 24 hours and then remove grounds. Add our sweetened condensed milk to taste!

Coffee is typically grown in the temperate Central Highlands of Vietnam, using basalt (volcanic) soil, which is perfect for growing coffee, cacao (which explains the mocha notes in the coffee) and pepper. Yes! We have 1 day and 2 day expedited shipping options for the continental U.S (shipping times in business days + excludes HI & AK). You have the option to select either standard shipping (3-5 business days) or one of the expedited shipping options while checking out. Please place your order before 12:00 PM PST Monday-Friday to ensure a timely delivery.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated per each individual order and unique address. Each individual order must be over $30 in order to receive free shipping.
Where can you ship to?
We can ship multiple address shipments to the contiguous 48 states in the U.S. - only.
We do not ship to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses at this time.
Will I receive order and tracking confirmations?
Yes! Your order confirmation will include details for your entire order, and each address you are shipping to. On our end, your order will then be split into two or more new orders - one per each shipping address - so our warehouse can process your shipments individually. During this time, your old order may appear cancelled. Rest assured, your orders are being processed and this is only a formality to ensure your products are properly shipped to each address you entered! You will receive tracking as each individual order is shipped.
Can I ship subscription orders to multiple addresses?
No, this is not possible at this time. You may only ship one-time purchases to multiple addresses.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes, but you may only use a code that takes a percentage or dollar amount off your order. Free product codes are not valid with multiple address purchases.
Can I use a gift card?
Yes! Gift cards may be used. You will have a chance to enter your gift card before placing your order.
PLEASE NOTE: For your order to process as a multiple address shipment, you cannot leave the multiple address checkout flow and must complete it once started. If you need to make any changes to your cart, you will need to start the multiple address checkout from scratch.
During the checkout process, we recommend entering in your email and billing information. You will receive two emails from us: a receipt confirming your purchase, and a separate email containing the link to view your digital gift card. You can forward the gift card email to the recipient, or you can simply send the recipient the "View your gift card" link however you’d like!
The last day you can place your order with standard shipping is: Tuesday, December 15th at 12:00 PM PST. With expedited shipping options, select 1 day shipping and order by Tuesday, December 22nd at 12:00 PM PST or select 2 day shipping and order by Monday, December 21st at 12:00 PM PST.
You can make any and all changes to your Coffee Club subscription through your customer portal. Use the email associated with your order or log in HERE.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please feel free to contact us. You may only cancel your subscription after you receive your first box. If you’re able to share the specific reason behind your cancellation, we’d be more than happy to help find a customized solution.
Our pre-paid subscriptions are available in three or six month packages. At checkout, you will be charged in full for the duration of the subscription. The subscription boxes will ship every 30 days (for free) for the amount of months purchased.
